Clients are eligible for a partial refund of up to 80% of our service fees if a written cancellation request is submitted within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided that no formal university applications or visa filings have commenced on behalf of the applicant.
2. Non-Refundable Services and Third-Party Fees:
Once document preparation, university submission, or embassy appointment scheduling has been initiated, consulting fees become strictly non-refundable. Furthermore, all third-party payments—including official university application fees, embassy visa processing fees, document translation charges, medical examination costs, and courier fees—are paid directly to external entities and are completely non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Application or Visa Rejection Policy:
In the event of a visa refusal or university rejection, consulting service fees are non-refundable. However, depending on the service tier selected, our team may offer a complimentary re-application or alternative program assessment without charging additional advisory service fees.
